Melissa has been wonderful with me BUT Allstate themselves ugggghhhhh!:nnMelissa has been VERY helpful she knows I was in an accident and had memory issues I am VERY upset with the claim department which I pay good money for when I needed help Allstate drug me through the mud and back for 3 months had no money coming in and the end when it came time to pay me something they came up with a slimy excuse they not only received 2017/2018 tax returns went to their so called Dr.he lied about my condition then we were back at square 1 they wanted 2019 tax returns which i had not done and told them from day 1 I was in an accident and had not filed as I knew I owed IRS money as i had to take out my **** annuity before age 591/2 to live on I will now owe irs 8k for early annuity release,They try to wear me down so I will give up now I had to hire an attorney which Allstate will owe there fee and money I should have received for being disabled while under Allstate s policy ! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ALLSTATE TO ANY ONE ! wait tell this happens to them or there family ! and it will ,I would have left ALLSTATE a long time ago if I did not trust Melissa .Had no Idea any company could be this cruel ! thats how everyone does it now I guess screw the little man!

My agent has not called me I have a new vehicle and my insurance information has changed she never called and went over any of the details with me. I called and emailed. I will be moving to another company soon.
