This insurance company at one time used to be great.now if as if they dont care. This is specifically directed toward the one in Shelby Township that moved to a new location. The agent Josh was very rude and was not helpful at all and refuse to allow me to speak with someone else that could help me. He didn't even want to give me the new location address. Therefore I cancel my insurance and went to Allstate. I have been with Farm Bureau for five years. Never had a problem until now

I called several times to get a quote for car insurance , but nobody seems want to work on there office in Troy , they kept saying we will call you back with a quote .... I have not received this call yet ,they are a joke

Very good helpful staff. But Car insurance prices in mi are ridiculous and the highest in the country
