Bought the unit a couple months back at the Royal Oak store and just had it installed last week. Enjoyed working with Jaye & the other crew members in helping us to decide on which unit to purchase. A very good selection to choose from. Couldn't be happier! Thanks for the good experience
Worth the wait! My fireplace turned out to be a work of art and is the focal point of my home. Along with many others who jumped on the home renovation kick, I bought a fixer upper in the fall. My walls are not level and the fireplace wasn't centered but after Joe did his magic you will never know it. I love my new hearth and home. Thank you Fireside
They did a fireplace insert installation for us at the end of October of 2020. It was a few weeks getting the finishes installed. When we were able to use our new fireplace for the first time over the Christmas holidays, the basement filled with smoke (the fireplace is on the first floor of our house). I have called / gone into the store weekly trying to schedule an appointment for service to come out and investigate the problem. We are at 7 weeks of no return phone calls currently - I will keep trying - do they expect me to go away?
Had the unit installed in 2018. The FireSide team has been extremely helpful with install and any questions I’ve had about maintenance or cleaning the unit.nnWe are very happy with the purchase and will use FireSide again on future items.
