The technician respectfully explained my dishwasher issues and didn't do any unnecessary work and charge me more. (My only cost was the $79 call-out fee). He trouble-shot the issue - luckily it was a fix that didn't include a labor charge. The technician even educated me about rinsing off dishes before putting them in the dishwasher and recommended I use 'Finish' dish detergent. I would use this company again with no hesitation!
New stove purchase and install. Did a great job and made sure everything was done right. Very professional and courteous.
Called them hoping to find a replacement part for my washer. Unfortunately the parts were no longer manufactured sense January 2019. Thanks to Debbie, she provided me with the part numbers, and a idea of how to maybe find the parts I needed via Google searches. I got lucky and found a place with 1 of each part I needed still in stock. Very polite and helpful, even tho they didn't have the parts I needed. They did find a solution to help me. Thank you!
As always, Dependable Maytag is the best appliance repair business in area. They are always so informative helping to select the best option of either repairing or replacing appliance. Repair rates are very fair and they are very knowledgeable appliance professionals. Very helpful with estimating parts and labor cost to repair.
The people here seem bothered when I call or visit. I called a while ago for repair service and the person who I talked to on the phone was dismissive and basically told me in no uncertain terms that he couldn't help me for two weeks. I get it. Businesses get busy.nOver a year later I visited on site and walked into three people standing around and talking. It didn't seem like I'd interrupted a big trade deal or anything but dang - they certainly did not have the time to talk about my business transaction. They literally shrugged their shoulders at me and sent me to a different store. I won't bother Maytag Home Appliance again.
