I love this location, especially Ruben he’s always extremely helpful, polite, and never messes up my order. Definitely go here over the one on Dequindre, I’ll be leaving a nasty review about them. Best location in the area by far

Food is good and they were busy. But every single employee had a mask on without covering the nose. Have to blame managers for the poor leadership. The air in your nose and mouth are connected.

They are always out of the bagel minis. The bagel minis is one of the main reasons I come to Tim Hortons, and this location is always out of them. I’m so tired of being disappointed every time I go through the drive through. Also the workers are disrespectful most of the time, they try to rush me through my order. They are careless with packaging the orders, the donuts are always smeared all over the bag. Half of the time they’re out of hash browns too. The only reason i’m giving two stars is because when they have the bagel minis, and I get my farm wrap, they do a good enough job.

Star and Justin are so friendly and take good care of their customers. I drive by two other Tim Horton locations to go to the 12 mile location. My order is always right and the customer service is amazing. Great group working there. I have moved further away from this location but it is still my go to... even on the weekends when I am not working. Keep up the awesome work Star, Justin and the rest of the team. You guys ROCK!

Went around 4:45pm on a Sunday and boy did I regret it going to this Tim Horton location. Over half an hour just for a dozen donuts and 2 coffees. Understaffed, no gloves on while serving, barely anything left on the racks to chose from, and coffee had to be re-made cause it wasn't made right the first time. This is not the experience I've had all these years I've been going to Tim Horton! If your going to hire someone new please train them well or cooperate without an attitude with an unsatisfied loyal customer.
