Overall my experience with Cadilac travel was top-notch they got me a lower rate than any of the other agencies that I pulled a quote from. My agent Amy ultimately preformed very well and when we did encounter issues the agency owner David promptly interjected to address my concerns.nnThis was a group trip of 19 people to Las Vegas. Due to the pandemic pricing was very volatile and availability was not consistent across all venders but through it all Cadillac travel met my objectives and met them within the timeframe neednnI can’t ask for more than that. I plan to reach out again for my travel needs in the future.

I will never use this business again! I had to repeatedly ask for receipts to be emailed as I was designated to make payments on the behalf of others.nnDue to the pandemic not improving we decided to cancel the trip as we were travelling outside of the country with children and someone with pre existing health concerns (We planned last year and thought things would be better now).nnOnce cancelled I did not hear from our travel agent Linda for days to know if the trip was successfully cancelled or when we should expect a refund etc.nnI had to reach out to her and once we finally spoke she told me that the trip was cancelled and we would not receive our deposits.nnHow unethical and unprofessional to not make a client aware of this before cancelling. My family and I lost over $1,300 in deposits.nnNot to mention there was NO written verbiage in our contract or emails that stated deposits will be forfeited due to cancellation. Which I mentioned to Linda. We also had insurance by the way.nnI also asked why was I not informed that there would be a loss prior to cancelling the trip. All I received was an apology of miscommunication. There can be no miscommunication if there is NO communication!!nnI feel this was very low level service for someone who claims to have been in the business for over 20 years. I feel there is a bit of shady business here and I recommend you look elsewhere.
