Spoke to Mr. Ralph multiple times attempting to get a Michigan Basic policy for a retail building. Mr. Ralph would not return phone calls, would not respond to emails. This is after providing the same information twice to him personally. Totally unresponsive and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

It would be a good idea to have a working phone line that isn't hooked up to a fax machine.
