These ladies are nice but they are captive progressive agents who literally plug in numbers and whatever it spits out that's yo price, plus progressive went up on my policy and is makin me jump thru hoops to resolve it, i don't feel my agents were very motivated to help me maybe they was jus tired of me idk, anyways idk if this is more reflective of katz or progressive but to me they are one in the same you are as good as the product in which you sell ud83eudd37ud83cudfff‍♂ufe0fud83eudd37ud83cudfff‍♂ufe0fud83eudd37ud83cudfff‍♂ufe0f
