Bought bundles from them online waited 3 weeks never received a a tracking number. I wrote on their ig page to let them know instead of responding they deleted my comment. After sending them 2 emails about it they finally answered and told me she gave me a refund,but I’d have to wait 3-4 business days for it. Pretty much they wasted almost 4 weeks of my time. I’ll never purchase anything from them again because of the lack of professionalism. Instead of just giving me to the tracking number she chose to abruptly refund me my money. So all the time I waited was basically for nothing.
Horrible Customer service!!! I was sent out precut bundles, yes the bundles were cut before they were sent off.. Contact customer service and, also the owner. The owner promise she would send me new bundles personally from her in a couple days. I got nothing in 4 months,Not even a 10%off the next purchased.Wouldnt answer emails or phone calls.Shop at a company that values their customers, and stands on their word!!!
