Easy in and out. Some spaces are marked for permit only as well as no van or suv or truck parking. The day I was there, it was pretty empty. Cash or charge accepted when departing. There were no attendants the day I visited. Very close to downtown Royal Oak. First 2 hours are free. Also well lit.

Terrible prices. You will never find a good spot and sometimes they charge your card twice without having any way of contacting them for a refund. Would rather pay for meter parking instead on the street than deal with this place. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Plenty of well lit parking. Easy access to downtown from there.

As far as parking garages go, this is a nice one. The location's great with plenty of space to drive up and down levels, which are well marked. I like that there are doors on all sides of the structure making easy to get in and out from any direction.
