I love SMSE... They've been my credit union for many, many years. They have the most courteous tellers. The loan department and member services staff are wonderful and always ready to assist in whatever your needs are.
We hired SMSE engineering to do the structural engineering work for our remodeling project after they did a successful project for our next door neighbor. We live in an Eichler house on a concrete slab. SMSE and their lead engineer Joshua Carter did a great job on reviewing our architectural plans and working around all limitation of the Eichler design while staying true to the contemporary style of the house. Some of the suggestions they provided are very custom to our plan. Joshua, patiently listened to our requirements and worked closely with our architect to come up with the final design. During the execution, he made sure our contractor understands the requirements and follows their instructions. The outcome is great, and we are very pleased to had them in our side during the design, permit, and execution of our project.
