I recently went and got my engagement ring and I was beyond happy with the experience and quality of the ring. Rita was amazing with helping customize my ring. She even went above and beyond letting me text her ideas and updates! Joe was so helpful too and is a diamond expert. They are all so nice and have such an amazing selection, just look on their social media. Would definitely recommend to anyone. I went on a recommendation from my brother and sister-in-law and am so glad I did!

I HOPE everyone who is anxious about ordering valuable jewelry online takes time to read this review.nnI’ve wanted a nice Franco 10k gold chain for a long time. They are hard to find in-person, so I started to search online. Finding someone with quality pieces at reasonable prices seemed like a tall order.nnI found Giorgio Conti jewelers late one night, called the next day, and by the end of that very same day- I had already ordered a beautiful piece. This is because Daniel was willing to text and work with me all day long. He sent me photos, compared different sizes, and professionally answered every single question I had. Even the dumb questions lol. His caring service was the ONE thing that gave me enough confidence to make a big online purchase like this one.nnThe necklace was delivered in exactly two days. It was very nice, but I was not happy with the size or how it fit. NO PROBLEM. I texted Daniel and he immediately got to work, searching for another one that would make me happy with the purchase. He made the exchange process SO easy, and did it all with such an empathetic attitude. The staff at Giorgio Conti were so welcoming and kind throughout the process of designing a new wedding ring for me. They kept us updated regularly. When they presented my husband and I with my new ring I cried tears of joy because it was way more beautiful than what I’d imagined. Not only is everyone friendly, the deliver nothing but high quality jewelry. I can’t thank them enough for such a beautifully designed ring! They’ve gained a loyal customer!

Excellent jeweler. I ordered a Pandora charm for my wife and it arrived today so beautifully packaged and ready for Christmas. I will definitely use Giorgio Conti Jewelers again.
