I have gotten 4 tattoos from this shop, 2 specifically from the owner, Phil. I also have my nose pierced from here from Phil's wife, Lisa.nnBoth are super accommodating and gentle. Both know how to calm nerves and talk you through anything you need. They treat you like family and have a great time talking and hearing your stories. I love that the city I have grown up in and have come to more than love, has tattoo artists that take their job seriously and that they care about the quality of work they give. They value their customers above everything.nnI remember that I had a specific issue with a tattoo I got (it was missing information. Not Phil's fault AT ALL. I guess I didn't proofread enough) and I was a little freaked about it and he told me to come right back up and he fixed it for me right away! He makes sure you are completely satisfied!nnMy 2 sisters and I only come here for our tattoos. We only recommend Phil and Ageless. Come time, I plan on coming and getting a bunch more tattoos. I have several I want.nnI do want to say, if you are looking for someone to do tattoos or piercings, come here and make your appointment fast! Phil is very popular. As he should be! His shop has won best tattoo shop in the metro Detroit area for 5 years!

I have been getting tattooed by Phil James since his apprenticeship and he has always been a true professional. His ability has grown over time to the unparallelled level it has now reached. After apprenticing his wife Lisa the quality of the shop has grown exponentially. They are always friendly and make all their customers feel like family. Lisa has grown into a fantastic artist herself with her own following of clients.
