The experience I had with Main Floor Carpet One Floor and Home exceeded my expectations. We had all the carpet replaced, and oak hardwood floors refinished in our home. Eric took his time and guided us every-step of the way to make the right selections, schedule the [somewhat complex] installation and insure high-quality during the process.
Excellent customer service, great prices, and extremely flexible. They were able to work with my very tight move in timeline on a home renovation and bent over backwards to have it picture perfect for moving day. Highly recommend working with them for any carpet or flooring needs!
We had a very good experience getting flooring installed in two bedrooms. Eric H was easy to work with on the sales end. The floors ended up getting installed on two different days due to an issue with the existing floor in one room, so we had two different crews out at the house. Both did very nice work and we are pleased with how everything turned out.
Everyone at Main Floor was helpful and polite. The contractors work efficiently and they left the areas clean. I highly recommend Main Floor for floor installation and I would hire them again.
I recently had new carpet installed by Main Floor Carpet One Floor & Home in Royal Oak, Michigan. All the people I interacted with were very nice & helpful. I was able to pick out carpet samples that I took home to pick out the carpet I liked & ordered the carpet 9/29. It was installed on 10/6. I was very pleased that the installers took the old carpet with them for disposal rather that having it set out for trash pick up. I would recommend this company to anyone.
