Brasseurs Animal Removal

I had a dead skunk under my front porch. It was terrible. Chris came out promptly. The skunk was in a hard to get area, and Chris was able to remove the skunk. Great job!

DO NOT USE COMPANY!!! Very unprofessional and disrespectful, trying to scam to make quick money! Spoke with service person who I guess name is Chris Brasseur’s (owner) on the phone to confirm what his price was and services included. He came out and instead of going on the roof to assess the animal issue in the chimney, he proceeded to look at the fireplace and make suggestions about me going to purchase supplies to close off the fireplace which isn’t what I called him out for. He proceeded to say that he would leave a trap in my open fireplace in case the animal came down and that if the animal came out then he would be on call... (which after researching and calling other companies that is not safe nor how they resolve the issue). They start outside to identify the entry points first and of the animal is visible they remove them then. I told him that that is not what we discussed on the phone and that I needed him to remove an animal safely. He was here for approximately 5-10mins, He made several excuses saying he wasn’t able to but he would leave the trap... I told him that that isn’t okay for him to just leave a box sitting in my open fireplace inside of my home and to call him is the animal came down because “squirrels and raccoons are harmless” in his words. At that point I let him know that I would not need his services. He got very aggressive saying that I was going to pay him $100 for coming and when I said that he did not do anything that we discussed on the phone or what I know should be done to assess an animal issue and to trap and remove the animal, therefore I would not being paying and asked him to leave, he refused. Chris B proceeded to call myself and my partner out of our names, I remained calm stating that he wasn’t going to be belligerent in my home, I headed to the door and he continued just standing shouting derogations. My partner called the police and we stated to the officer that we felt threatened in our home (which at the time he said Oh you feel threaten. I can make something happen.”While on the phone I opened the door to continuing to ask him to leave, at this time i noticed my male neighbor and I called him over, Chris B headed toward the door and exited but was still calling us “black ghetto profanities, broke profanities, black dike etc” and implied that he would make something happen and what he should do. He finally exited my home and continued shouting profanities, my neighbor took down his license plate and the serviceman got in his truck and pulled off. He should not be allowed to be in business whatsoever!!! This was ridiculous!
