Got my hair dyed for the first time by Maryanne and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. She is so kind and makes great small talk. I already felt so comfortable with her when I got there. Such a beautiful and neat place as well. Would certainly recommend!

Had appointment booked for a color and a Reva cut and for over a month (as it was the only available). Called to see if I could move it up and was able to, arrived to the appointment and was then left to wait over 20 minutes. Finally met with the stylist for about ten minutes to go over what I was looking for, etc., only to be told that they didn’t have enough time in their schedule for a cut and a color, so I had to “pick one”. I knew I wouldn’t be happy with only having one and not the other, and was afraid of having my appointment rushed due to their tight and poor scheduling, so I chose to leave and will not be returning.

I have been very happy with Bianchi's! My stylist Mallory listens and has helped me achieve the hair color I wanted. All the staff there are helpful and attentive. They are taking pandemic precautions and I feel safe there.

I would highly recommend Bianchi's Salon Royal Oak to anyone looking for a hairstylist and make-up artist for wedding day services. Antonia did my hair and did beautiful job with a delicate low bun that had soft and romantic curls She ensured I was 100% satisfied with my hair before I left her chair. Sandy A did my make-up and did it exactly to my liking, natural lips with slightly bold eyes and foundation that blended seamlessly into my skin tone. I don't think I have ever looked more beautiful and I plan to go back to both of them for my next big event.

I went to the salon yesterday for a hair cut. It was my first visit at this place. I have not get a hair cut since Covid started. My hair got long an I always had short hair. They paired me up with Stephanie I believe. I showed her my haircut pictures and ask for the same style and length. It was a mistakes. She completely ruined my hair. Cut it way to short; it is not smooth but rather chopped. I have patches where she cut way to much and left random hair patches that she did not scoop up with a comb. The hair are significantly longer on one side and blend better but on the other side where they look like she took a cut and realized its to short so she left it unblended. It is so much shorter then any of the pictures I showed her so now I don't even have an option to go somewhere else to fix this. I understand not everyone knows how to cut short hair but I would appreciate honestly; She could of make me know she is not feeling comfortable enough to cut that style. I would appreciate it and either reschedule with someone else or go to other salon. I feel ripped off and absolutely miserable with my hair. Now it will take few months before I can even fix this.
