What an awesome salon. The employees are great. They do everything they can to make sure you're comfortable. The shop is very clean. I enjoyed the time I was there on Saturday. Elizabeth did an awesome job on my hair. I'm trying to match my hair to my roots, which are grey. The silver grey she did my hair with is almost a perfect match. I go back in a couple days for the highlights. It's definitely going to be beautiful. This will be my go to salon from now on. Went back for my highlights and low lights on Wednesday. It's a little darker grey than what I wanted but Elizabeth said after a couple washings it'll lighten up. I sure hope so. I really wanted more white in the front. Maybe next time. It's still nice. Well I just washed my hair for the first time since Wednesday and most of the color washed out. I'm going to call and see what can be done. This is why I changed my rating. They called me yesterday and explained why there isn't more white. I agree with what they said so I'm putting the rating back to a 5.

I absolutely love this place! Had my hair done after years of not doing anything special and it was worth every second. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and they took great care of me, which made my hair change way easier. I definitely recommend coming here to have anything done!

It was my first time at this hair salon so I didn’t know any of the stylists so just took whoever was available. I’ve had horrible hair coloring experiences in the past so was definitely nervous. Autumn made me feel so comfortable, the amount of knowledge she has when it comes to getting the perfect color right is truly insane. I’ve never been so happy with my hair. Autumn exceeded my expectations and can’t wait to go back!

Nick has been styling my hair for a couple years now and I can’t see myself going to anyone else. Prior to Alchemy Color Lab, I have tried other salons in the area and they are simply not a match to what Nick & his staff have built at Alchemy. Every time I leave Nick’s chair I feel more confident. He & his staff take the time to explain what they are going to do BEFORE they do it and why. I never thought I would color my hair, but I was feeling so bland - so Nick slowly introduced various types of techniques/highlights (starting with a halo and progressed from there). As a result, I now have more depth to my long blonde hair and love my hair! I would also like to give a shout out to Amanda Lynn who has helped my Niece transform her tight, dry, curls to soft, bouncy, and shaped her hair so beautifully. My Niece adores Amanda Lynn. If you are reading reviews to decide is Alchemy is the right choice for you, book an appointment and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!
