I ordered a beardscape pro, with an extra case. The wrong items were delivered. I tried to contact customer service, but just got their voicemail telling me they were busy providing the best support possible. It also said for an immediate response, email them, so I did... nothing. I went to their facebook page and left a negative review, as well as tried contacting them in messenger. I was able to communicate with someone on their facebook, explain the problem, but was told they couldn't help me at this time... and then they blocked me on facebook. I would love to recommend this company as I have many times in the past, but I can no longer do that, not with this kind of customer service. I hope I can change this review, but so far I have yet to hear from them.
Amazing customer service, quick to reply even on a Sunday during the holidays. Bought the trimmer as a Christmas gift and it's apparently great as well :)
I bought the Brio Beardscape and the buzzer is pretty good but the plastic clips they give you are awful. They don't come on and off easily and one of the broken in half the first time I used it. I like that the blade is ceramic so it doesn't get too hot but I find that I have to go over and over the same parts of the hair to get it to cut, unlike regular buzzers that seem to cut everything after 1 or 2 rounds over.nnOverall, The gentle touch is worth having to go over it a few extra times, but the plastic clips not fitting on easily and cracking in half kind of ruined the experience for me.
