Our Charlee loves PS grooming. But we came to them because of our Mia. Mia was timid and snippy with most people. Savannah was so patient, kind and loving to our girl we drive about 30 miles because of that!

I was referred by a friend to this groomer. I had set an appointment for a Sunday via text with business phone number. After made appointment I assume with owner I received a text notification about my appointment. Then the Saturday before I received a text notification to confirm my appointment which I did. So I got there at 11:50 when you the door it was locked. I then texted the number to ask if I needed to come to the front door. No response so I tried to call at 12:05 still no answer. Then about 12:10 I decided to leave. About 12:15 I got a text back that just said yes. I sent another saying I texted, called and was there at 12. They read my message (we both have iPhones) and never responded. I would never leave comments on these things but considering I drove over 30 minutes to try this place out I needed to speak out about it. To treat a customer like this is BAD BUSINESS! I know life happens but at least say something back.
