My husband and i just bought a house in July. We had the septic inspected before we purchased it and were told it was fine. We planned our house warming party for today. At 11 pm last night our septic system backed up into our house. At 7 am this morning I started making phone calls to see if we could get it emptied. I left messages for 4 other places all claiming to be open. This company had another job to do today, but they were here in 30 minutes of my call. They helped my husband finish digging the hole to find the lid, which I'm super grateful for because my husband is not in the best of health. They emptied the tank and told my husband how to break the clog. Both men who came were very respectful and very professional. Thank you so so much.
