Michelle saved us money on home and car insurance! Last week I had to make a change to our policy. I emailed her over the weekend and received an email back within an hour that the change was made. I am very happy with my policy and the service I receive! I recommend her to all my family and friends!

I came here to review Michelle as I have been so pleased with how she has been handling our family's policy and really appreciate all the hard work she does for us. Michelle is really good and certainly does care greatly about her clients, I read through and noticed one review mentioning she did not, this person must be trying to compete with Michelle giving her a poor review because there is just no way, Michelle is always on the ball and always responding to us right away, highly recommend!!!!

If I could give no stars, I would. She is very slow at answering questions if she even does and never actually answers the phone. I have had to leave a message every time I call. I left her agency back in April and received a renewal notice today, after receiving confirmation of cancellation 5 months ago. She does not care about having her clients truly covered. After working in insurance for 6 months now, I have no idea how she is licensed. Very glad I will be getting my family properly insured elsewhere.
