Cannot speak highly enough about this company. They showed up same-day, the technician (Cliff) was knowledgeable and repaired the issue with my roof and had the trap placed quickly and with expertise, and the lady who answers the main-office phone is SO KIND. You can tell they have respect for the animals they work with. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing and professional company couldn’t be more happy with them, had an issue with Raccoon enter my new car Engine Bay and chewing the Insulation Pad. Gave a call in morning and they came out quick - Cliff was Smiley, fun and very informative. Called at night 10:30pm and he was swift in reaching and taking care of one of the two Raccoon. A+ Guy hopefully my problem is resolved. With my experience with them thanks again!!

Very punctual, professional, and safe. I had to call them after a very poor experience with Brasseur’s Animal Control. I believe Bill and James were the servicemen and they inspected properly, ensured that the animal was removed from the chimney, closed my flute, and placed a cap on my chimney. Very pleased with service!

Very pleased with the fast response and service. One of our subdivision board members noticed mice in our shared storage shed. I called at 5pm and the next morning Brian was out to meet me at the shed. He actually caught all of the mice by hand and took them with him. Very pleased with the service. Will definitely recommend to others in the sub!

I have had an issue with a groundhog that was digging by the structure of my house and cause trouble. I called Act Live Trapping it was end of the day and they send someone to setup a trapping on the very next day! I was not home when they came to set the trap, so they left me a message and came back right away when I came back demonstrating they were engaged and dedicated to help me really solve the problem!!! They inspected my property, they showed and explained to me as they went through what we were looking and set the best spot for the trapping. The very same evening the groundhog was caught! And early in the morning after Act Live Trapping was there to remove the animal with respect and care and set the trap again! Since then we have caught a squirrel that was let go, and a Possum. Act Live Trapping checks daily the trap. Takes care of the removal of the animals captured and helped even fixing the mess the groundhog had done in my yard... OUTSTANDING SERVICE at an affordable price for what they offer! Aside of the kindness of Mrs. Susan -the coordinator that receives the calls and Mrs. Chris that really knows so much about the wild lives he and his crew are out to get and release! It was a blessing to have them resolving this unpleasant “groundhog” situation for my family!!!!!!!
