This pharmacy is an absolute joke they all have no idea what they are doing! an they are so slow a turtle could work faster they have never been able to fill one script properly without a hassle you think with 2 years they could have gotten better staff to run the pharmacy but no please find better people!!!

Terrible communication and customer service. Told me they needed to verify a fill date with my doctor and kept saying they could not get a hold of them because they would not answer their phone. Not true. I called my doctor to ask about this and they have heard nothing from the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy back for them to only tell me they are still waiting on my doctor. Called the doctor back so they can call them. Once the doctor called them, they said there is no reason for them to verify anything and they can go ahead and fill the prescription. Meanwhile I was out of my RX for 4 days for no reason at all. Techs are also very unfriendly over the phone. Do not work in customer service if you cannot be nice. I get they are very busy and are constantly face to face with customers which is not always pleasant, but seriously, that is what customer service is!

As always no one wants to be helpful...i understand that you have a line but worry about the customer you are helping because being rude & cutting me off mid sentence is a great way to lose customers
