I've used this location MANY times since moving to Gowen 2 years ago and I've had nothing but extremely pleasant experiences. I ship a lot of packages and the staff have always been super friendly and helpful. Seems like no matter the time of day, there is a very short wait, if at all. Professional staff, quick service, good selection of products/stamps!

I know mistakes happen, which tends to provoke bad reviews, but my experience with this particular post office has been nothing but exceptional. The ladies are always super friendly and more than helpful. I run three online businesses so I do a ton of shipping, and they've made my life so much easier over the past few years. I consider them an integral resource for my business. Even with a Rockford mailing address, I'll still opt for the Greenville branch every time.
Whenever we get a package that doesn't fit on our mailbox, they speed up our driveway, THROW our package (broke something glass we ordered one time) and slam our patio door.nNot sure what these people's issues are, but they need to have a good attitude change.
Greenville does Sunday deliveries for Ionia. We have a downtown business that we also live above. No reason for us to not get packages as someone is always here. Yet every single Sunday we get a delivery attempted unsuccessfully email from amazon. We have camera recordings of our front door and the street in front of our store. They don’t even drive past us. No attempts made at all..... just send an unsuccessful email and that’s that. Filed complaints with amazon and post office but no one cares.
