I visited today to just purchase new glasses, I already had a script. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Very helpful in helping me choose my frames. I was also impressed with their extra warranty you can purchase . More than reasonable considering how expensive glasses can be. And we all know accidents happen. They were also very mindful concerning Covid-19 with masks, distancing, and disinfecting things being touched. Would definitely consider them also when I need a new script.

My experience there was great, except for the lady who let me in the locked front door. She actually adjusted my mask on my face before letting me in. Took a hold of it, readjusted the nose and chin part, while holding onto the middle of it. I'm sure she had interaction with at least 50 patients by the time i arrived, judging by how busy they were. Seriously? Every warning, and recommendation since this whole covid thing started, stresses wash your hands frequently, and don't touch your face, yet you have an employee that thinks it's appropriate to touch mine, and everyone else's face and mask as they enter your building. That was very inappropriate medically, and made me feel like a 2yr old. Next time i will be ready to slap her hand away from my face.

We Hollenbeck—very good. Dr Weber—I think he is a good doctor but their scheduling system is really lacking. Had to take my dad in several times for appointments. Whenever we see Dr. Weber the same thing happens. We see an aide that gives an eye test. Then we have to wait for him, which takes forever because he is so backed up. We have been there as long as 2.5 hours before. Just seems like a lot.
