Cherry Health – Montcalm Area Health Center: Dental

The nurses were very friendly giving a star.nThe doctor didnt really do what was needed loosing a star.nAlso had attitude loosing another star.nThe eye place was awesome. The front desk lady for glasses, love her. Earning a star.nHowever the lady when you come in the door. No. Just no. Overall i would never take my kids here, i would never take myself here.

I have been a patient here for the last 6 years and have never had a bad experience! Dr Knapp has always been extremely professional, punctual, kind, and very knowledgable. He has always given me the best dental advice , and he truly cares about his patients. We just recently finished totally fixing my smile and I can't help but keep looking in the mirror through tears of joy! He did not only a remarkable job, but also works very hard to keep his work very affordable. I must say this......some may worry about the quality of work you receive at a Health center especially because of the much lower prices......NOT the case here!!! My teeth have never looked SO straight, and Dr Knapp did it all. I was treated like I have been at all other private practices......except when it cam time to leave and pay the bill. This time it was either nothing or very close to nothing. The ladies in the office are so kind, they remember you and call you by name, greet you Kindly, the waiting room is clean and socially distanced, and they are always on time. I can't forget the ladies behind the scene as well in the back assisting Dr Knapp. They are very kind, engage in conversation while waiting and truly care about your comfort. The Doctors and assistance work great as a team together and I trust them with not only my smile but also my childrens. I hope some read this long review....I have NEVER written a review for anywhere but after my experiences here I felt compelled to at least tell others about it. Thank you Montcal Area Health Dental and Dr Knapp....you guys ROCK! ;)

Worst experience of my life, I went here once to get a teeth cleaning. Mind you I’ve always been told how beautiful my teeth are. Well not anymore, their incompetent dental assistant scrapped enamel off 4 of my bottom teeth. Their now stained and deteriorating. So not only is my smile ruined, I now have to spend big money to get them fixed properly.

Dr Emily and heigenist Shoshanna are great and make me feel at ease with my dental anxiety!!

Rude staff!!! My sister left crying. Would not recommend to anyone, and she did not go back after her 1st visit. They need to learn how to treat patients.
