Not once have I ever left a bad review for any restaurant, but I feel like this needs to be addressed. I went through the drive through at about 9 pm tonight. I got home and my cheeseburgers had no burger patties. When I called the manager on staff was very abrupt and rude about their mistake. I told them I would head in and pick up my new cheeseburgers. Because I had bought a meal my fries were cold so I politely asked for another. The manager said well you didn't say that on the phone very rudely. My cheeseburgers were supposed to be add mayo and lettuce which they forgot to put on my new burgers and I got cold fries. I didn't even complain about the burgers not being right because I was fed up with dealing with the rude manager and everything they had screwed up. This McDonald's has screwed my order up more times than I can count, but the workers have always been great with making things right and being courteous. Tonight was not the case. Overall one of the worst times going there. I worked in fast food and understand mistakes happen and we are all human but don't be a jerk over your mistakes

Love the single hamburgers with extra onions and pickles adding their hot mustard! Yum ud83dude0b and fries. Oh my husband likes the coffee ☕
This location never gets an order right... my food is always cold no matter how long a wait and the staff is not curious and refuses to make it right with their customers!! Overall I do NOT recommend this location!!!
