After reading all the terrible reviews, I was afraid I had been skunked placing an order for cross stitch patters. However, the order was processed and I was notified that there were shipped in a timely manner with receipt by US mail. Good price and no problems. The designer of these patterns had referred me to purchase them from this vendor.
Took my money, charged postage, no answer to emails, and apparently they don’t answer the phone either!
On Aug 14 th I ordered a pattern and paid for it. They never shipped the pattern, they won’t return my phone calls. Don’t do business with this company. I had to give them one star but really they don’t deserve any. I have tried at least a dozen times via email and phone call to remedy this situation. I’m going to take it up with the mail fraud department at the US postal service.
I own a LQS and ordered an out-of-print pattern in January from Quilter's Warehouse. Our charge card was charged in January. We have not received the patterns, they will not return phone calls or emails. I will not do business with this company in the future. It's too bad, I hope they can sleep at night.
ONLY shop with pattern and unwittingly ordered. The slowest processing, uncommunicative. Used PayPal so hope I have recourse. Just don't do it!
