Most amazing doctor i have ever been to one that cares is hard to find but this doctor does would recommend to any one

I have never experienced such horrible office management as this. I have called their office to try and pay a bill after my daughter's birth for months with no one answering the phone or able to get ahold of anyone. I can't get ahild of anyone. They are never open. Don't ever use this office!!!

Dr. Maolood saw my son at Flower Hospital after his birth because the pediatrician we choose was on vacation. He seemed like a good doctor at the time and very well may be.nnHowever, at the time of my son's 2 month checkup, my wife's insurance company reassigned us to Dr. Maolood. The pediatrician we had initially choose was apparently out of network.nnWe made him an appointment for the next available Saturday at 10:30am.nMy wife an I woke up, got our 2 month old up and ready, drove to the office in the snow, checked in online and arrived early at 10:10am only to be greeted with a locked door and a closed office.nnWe double checked the confirmation email we had received to verify the appointment was in fact on that day and time. It was. My wife had also received a confirmation phone call for that date and time.nnHoping we were the first appointment of the day we waited patiently in the car until 10:45am. With no sign of movement inside I called the office number and left a voicemail letting them know the situation and that we would like them to call us back with an explanation of their absence and to reschedule the appointment.nnTheir office has been open twice since the no show event and still no phone call with any type of apology or explanation. They did however have no problem mailing me a bill for hospital consultation after my son's birth.nnDr. Maolood very well may be a good doctor but his office is poorly managed and there is no excuse for not calling me back. As a result, we will not be wasting our time with this office in the future and we have already changed my son to a different doctor.nnIn short:nnI do not recommend this office to anyone seeking a reliable doctor.nnLimited office hours, only three days a week by appointment only.nnUnreachable by phone and doesn't return calls.nnTerrible web portal service for appointments with no open lines of communication.
