Never fond of the staff here. I find it’s always the same few ladies that are quite rude. They seem to have been there a long time, and maybe feel they run the place... customer service keeps people coming back. If you aren’t good at it, people will shop elsewhere. ud83eudd37ud83cudffc‍♀ufe0f

Not as big as other Joann stores. Had what I wanted and a few things I didn't know I wanted.

Its ok but highly priced. I can find most of the same things at dollar stores but if money is not an issue then so be it.

Everyone has been very helpful and friendly at this store! I have placed a few curbside orders during the stay at home order to make masks and surgical caps- the service is fast and each order has had extra material thrown in for free. This has been great for making extra masks for others! Thank you!
