We had a squirrel trying to nest in an old, unused stack on top of our house. He came over, set a live trap, caught the offending squirrel, re-homed it, and closed up the stack. All this in the middle of winter, mind you! We're very appreciative for his help and would recommend Critter Control to anyone with a like problem. He's friendly, honest, and professional. Curt did an amazing job of controlling critters at our cottage. He arrived quickly & promptly assessed the situation. He went above & beyond in securing the situation. We are confident that the animals will stay out of our cottage now. Reasonably priced, especially when compared to all of the damage (chewing electrical wires, etc. & odor) that can occur from infestation. I give the highest recommendation to Curt & his team! I had a flying squirrel trapped in my fireplace. Curt came out same day, inspected and discovered the squirrel had climbed back out. He explained the issue with the chimney cap, and how to prevent future rodents. I appreciated his professional opinion and will call on him if our little friend returns!
Great response time via phone, which leaves no doubt in my mind that service is just as good. However, website lists service area as much larger than what it actually is, so I was unable to have my tenants' critter problem taken care of - frustrating at the least.
