If you own a business I would not recommend using this building It's way too old The lock boxes are combination by letters from over 100 years ago The tiny little knobs don't turn very well so if you're elderly or not strong it could be an issue. I tried opening up an account only to find it won't work upon closing the account they kept nearly 30% of the transaction. extremely disappointed I will never come here again this is the worst establishment I have ever been to
Romeo Post Office is Wonderful!!nI live in Clarkston, I will never go back to the post office in my neighborhood. I grew up in Romeo. I visited my family a couple days ago and needed to go to the post office, due to the experience I had, I did not want to go. So my daughter and I went after we visited with the fam. What a wonderful experience! Lisa is absolutely great and so were the other ladies. Very helpful, knowledgeable and enjoyable!! I can not say enough of good things!! Thank you for just being good to people. Seriously seems you walk in anywhere anymore and the sales staff are rude, mad, and very unpleasant. Not the Romeo Post Office! Breathe of fresh air! Thank you again you made my daughters day and mine!
I am a small business owner and I have been using usps to ship my packages for over a year now. I’ve been to about 5 other usps locations and never had an issue with dropping off my packages with pre-paid shipping labels. I went to the Romeo one and they wouldn’t accept any of my packages. I use the same priority mail flat rate envelope for almost all my packages and not one usps location has told me that it was “wrong.” Not sure if they were having a bad day or what with how rude they were. I just know I will never be going there again to drop off my packages.
Paid 40.00 for priority mail package.n2-3 day delivery time. Been over two weeks now still not delivered. Usps is sadly over! Good bye never could deliver mail to it proper location anyhow.
Rude staff at this location has been a consistent issue. two members are constantly condescending and rude. On this latest occasion my package was apparently overweight by .1 ounces and said they would not take it. I told them I would willing pay more but was told to leave and reprint the whole label.nnI went over to the Washington USPS location and was told it wasn't an issue at all.nnI really want to support my local post office but when but when I have to drive 5 miles out of the way to a different location just because of the staff it makes it hard to do so.
