They had my pearl necklace for 6 months. I almost forgot about it and found my receipt and went up there. They were supposed to call me 2 weeks after I dropped it off but they never did. When I asked for it turns out they never sent them to be restrung. I waited another few weeks and when I went in to get the final product they gave me back my pearls without my gold clasps. They tried to keep them but I asked for them back. I do not trust these people. They didn’t even offer me a discount on the restringing and they charged a lot.

Fantastic service and products! My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from here. Since then, we have ordered both of our wedding bands from C. Allen, and some of our family members have ordered jewelry from here (multiple other rings/upgraded wedding bands, a necklace, and more!) We love the service and pricing is wonderfully fair. Excellent friendly service.....Carmen (owner) personally assisted my husband & I with the selection & design of our wedding rings. The end results are one of a kind unique custom rings. In addition to our rings, we have purchased several other pieces of jewelry, both personal & for gifs...we are very satisfied with the quality & craftsmanship.

C. Allan Fine Jewelry is by far the best jeweler I have ever shopped with. Their products always look amazing and I feel like the pricing is always very fair. They are willing to work with you on choosing purchases that look amazing and fit your budget. I went to them for the first time to buy my then girlfriend pearl earrings and a pearl bracelet. Since that first purchase I have never gone anywhere else. The company has very fair and customer friendly policies, but more than that they are just great to work with. I am a poor college student working several jobs to make ends meet and frankly I look like it. Other jewelers I've gone to in the past have felt kind of judgemental but C. Allan has always made me feel like a welcome and appreciated customer. Cameron has always been amazing about working with me to make the best purchase I can and for that I am grateful. I have since gone back for my wife's engagement ring, wedding band, and my wedding ring. Thank you for helping make my special day even more special.
