Conrad is lucky that his staff is helpful and professional because as an agent, he's the pits. Rude, poor at communication, pompous, and doesn't go out of his way one bit for his customers. His emails are often responded to with one fragmented sentences or just a few words, and he's quick to pass you along to someone else. He doesn't value or appreciate long-time customers, and it's a shame. I would rather pay a little more for a personable agent, if that's what it takes.
