After a leak was found between the walls in my main bathroom and damage was found, I contacted my agent at Allstate. Because I had never made a claim to my home insurance, I didn’t know what to expect or what to do. I am very happy with Allstate; they quickly assigned a claim number and an adjuster, and they walked me though the process and were very responsive, returning my calls quickly. They moved quickly with my claim and were very accommodating, providing a hotel room during the demolition and build phases of the restoration work because the affected bathroom was the only one with a shower. I highly recommend Allstate for your insurance needs.

Not answering the phone, careless, they don’t even know their policy very well.nI even tried to speak to the owner, and I can’t even reach anyone.

Not in good hands with this All-State Branch!! Buyer Beware... While conducting an annual review of my elderly mothers finances, I came across her auto insurance policy. My mother is retired and drives maybe 75 miles a month. This All-State location was charging $371 per month for a 2013 Mazda. I called her old agent, and they quoted $76 per month. I hope this isn’t happening to any other families that are setup on automatic withdrawal.

From the vary start i was misled. Calling for auto ins. They found me a cheaper rate through them with National General. Stating that after 6 months i would be able to switch to allstate for a lower rate. A year later i called to inquire about the switch and savings i wad told i was never told that... Wich is a complete lie. Ater over 2 years i was switched over to allstate with a slight reduction in rates that only lasted till my 3rd payment .my 3rd payment was double my last payments when i inquired why ,it was stated i didnt esign a document and that after signing i would recieve a refund.four weeks and four calls later, all by me they never called to update me or resolve the issue. They tell me not only dont i get a refund they have no explanation why my ins. Went up another additional $40. Ii will wait a couple days if i dont recieve my refund i will be reporting them to the BBB

beware tells you one price bill another cancel policy and they are trying to collect more money and sent it to collection agency...DO NOT USE THIE AGENCY...
