I had a small leak in kitchen and reached out to a few businesses in the area. L & S was the fastest to respond. I believe it was Heather that answered the call and promptly set me up with a date and time when a representative could make it out to the house to go over what they could offer.nnUnfortunately my business was lost when dealing with the representative, they were on time and were quite nice. At the same time I was quoted for 32 squares (derived this measurement from google as he told me) when two other companies that came out after the fact told me my roof was only 25 squares. The representative used my least favorite tactic which is to use an impulse buy. I was give the spiel that if I went when them at that moment I would receive 10% of off my order. Then was offered another deal where if I had a sign on my yard for 90 days then another discount could be applied. The representative reached out to I believe the owner to see with having this advertisement guaranteed for 90 days what could be reduced by. When the call wasn't answered he knocked off another $1,600 (Implying he knew what the lowest cost could be offered by the company).nnI did not give L & S my business, this doesn't mean that you shouldn't since both a buddy and my dad had a good experience with them. I just would say they should vet their representation a bit more and use straight forward tactics which would have given you my sale. I gave this company two stars as I have seen their work and it is quite good, I don't want to knock the company complete just due to my experience being sub par.

The roof replacement was not perfect but the reason I am telling this in my review is when having major work done to your home you should always expect something to come up - which this was no exception. I wont go into long detail but will say that mistakes were made and all were owned and handled by L & S - in my opinion looking for someone to do a perfect job is impossible - making sure who you trust can be trusted to make things right when what can happen will happen is super important. This company is very trust worthy - owns the issue and makes it right. In the end we have a great looking roof which does not leak.

I found a leak in my garage roof in the middle of winter. Because the roof was 25 years old I chose to replace rather than fix it. L&S came out and put a new roof on right after a huge snowstorm. They were very professional and did a great job. There was one thing that they had agreed to do but which didn't happen. As soon as they realized this oversight, they sent out a crew to fix the problem immediately. My only regret is that I didn't have them do my house roof when it needed replaced a few years ago. I strongly recommend them.

We initially used L&S for gutter replacement on our new home. They were highly professional and took time to answer questions. When we needing to add insulation to our attic as well as vents, we didn't even bother looking elsewhere. Fingers crossed we won't need to replace our roof, but if we do, we know who we will be calling!

During the last few days of December of 2019, we had L&S come out and give us a quote on a full roof replacement. We felt like the representative that came out was definitely a salesman but personable. What sold us on L&S was the quality of the materials and the willingness to stand behind their work.nnOur roof was installed a few weeks later in one afternoon. While we were incredibly happy with the roof itself, we had a few problems. Some of our gutters and lights were damaged during the install and the cleanup crew did not do the job we were promised. After one pleasant conversation with L&S a new cleanup crew was sent over immediately to reclean and one of the owners came out personally to inspect the damaged gutters and had them replaced free of charge.nnThis year we had an issue with two of our downspouts being damaged during the winter. We reached out to L&S and they sent someone as soon as the weather broke to fix the issue.nnOverall, we feel like we received a quality product by a local trustworthy company.
