After using this rehab and working with Kyle and sometimes Tracy at this location, I have had more progress in a few months than in 2 years at another physical therapy. They treat your mind body and soul with their workouts and their caring. Truly a remarkable group of people to work with all around.

Team rehab in Madison Heights is the best! I had a phenomenal experience .Nadia was the best along with everyone else they were so welcoming and kind and the best thing is they all work together 4 One goal and that is to get the patient better. if I had to go to rehab again I will definitely return to this office

I've been going there for over 6 weeks and if I ever need therapy again, I will not hesitate to go again. Kyle is awesome along with everyone, and I mean everyone there, truly cares for each and every person they see. They have a personal touch that I have never experienced at any other PT center. They are very professional as well as personal ethics not found at too many places. Do yourself or someone you know and tell them about Team Rehab Madison Heights!!!

Cannot say enough about Team Rehab Madison Heights and especially about Dr. Kyle Sullivan and Tracy Smile.  I was referred to Kyle specifically for a needling technique to help my hips years after both were replaced.   Kyle also addressed other physical limitations I had with success.nDr. Kyle Sullivan designed a personalized program around my specific needs. He genuinely cares about all of his patients well being and recovery.nThey have a skilled team of therapists who contributed to my positive experience.  The staff is always pleasant and make scheduling appointments very easy.nThe facility is xlean, open and very well equipped.  I highly recommend Team Rehab. Madison Heights.

Just completed PT at the Madison Heights Team Rehab. Such a positive experience with amazing outcomes. The entire staff is knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. Would and have highly recommend Team Rehab!
