Brian, who had me sign in, was awesome! Very professional and helpful! The nurse who gave me the urinalysis was really nice and personable. A great and friendly atmosphere despite the fact that your there to give your urine and a physical which includes; “Turn and cough, please!”nI wouldn’t mind having all my medical needs fulfilled at Concentra! (E. 12 mile & Hoover, Warren, MI)ud83dude09 Awesome place to get/be sick.

In my opinion the Concentra located at 12 mile and Hoover in Warren Michigan is one of the most and efficiently ran offices I have ever been in. I came in for a urine analysis (drug screening) with only three people ahead of me..... one hour 45 minutes later I was out. If the office staff put the same amount of energy and enthusiasm into processing the patients as they did with the conversations about opening day of baseball it may have been a totally different experience.

Staff were nice and professional. Doing a wonderful job of keeping patients safe with their social distancing rules. Nice and clean as well. They run a efficient tight ship.
