Kroger does not have enough employees scheduled to handle the large volume this store has. You will wait quite awhile and sometimes asked to wait until the next because they are too busy. Sheila is the best!!! They definitely need more employees scheduled to keep up. Otherwise its good!

I sent My Spouse to pickup a prescription, I transfer online. So he paids for it after they said Thry couldn't find My phone number on file. The clerk used The store Kroger card, What is that about. Were is My $25.00 gift card.nnWhat is going on?
