From the moment I came in to rent a storage unit, until the day I came in to clean it out, there have been no issues. The staff were very professional, the building kept clean and making my payments were very fast and easy. I moved to Kansas and needed to store some things I couldn't take with me and intended to come back a few months later. As it turned out, I couldn't return for over a year, and even tho their prices jumped up for new renters, mine was kept at the original rented price (after the 3 month sale price). I appreciated not getting the higher price, especially with the ongoing pandemic and being on unemployment since the beginning. I would recommend the Sterling Heights EZ Mini Storage location to anyone looking to securely store anything. Thank You!!
