Paint chipping, no answering or return call from tim the owner. Lifetime warranty (not) do not use this company.....
Do not let them fool you. Do not use this product because they do not back up their warranty. They painted my house in 2015. This year I found some paint chipped off and have been trying to get in touch with them since June. I have left multiple voice messages to the owner Tim and up to today he have not yet returned the call.
I had liquid runner siding prep and paint my entire house. I was very satisfied with the up front effort but they were/are also under contract to paint the entrance doors to my house. This is in writing on the contract. I received a response after three attempts on 5/29/18 that they would be by soon. Another 5 attempts with Tim M and still no response. I even offered a lesser scope if they would return before summer came to an end. It is now pushing December! This is also after referring the company to two other households that awarded them complete home projects. I obviously have no faith in the warranty agreement. I am in the process of filing against the company.
