I've had a few issues with trash pickup, etc. And when I can't get a resolution by contact Soccra, I'm happy that HP DPW bends over backwards to try to make it right. Overall, I think the services provided by Hazel Park are very community friendly. Happy to have these guys in our city.

Your truck just hit the tree in front of my house. Damaging my very old very big maple tree! Huge branch has no more barque. Common!

UPDATE!!nTom, thank you for your prompt attention. I appreciate all you and your crew do for our wonderful city.nnI have been in communication with Tom at Hazel Park DPW since February 2019 about my sidewalk flooding since it was replaced a year ago.nnTom informed me in February 2019 that when the weather breaks he would have work done to level the dirt at the curb to try to eleviate the flooding and ice issue.nnIn May 2019 Tom asked me to be patient that they are very busy.nnI have not heard from Tom nor seen any attempt to address this issue.nnI really would appreciate this being resolved before the summer is over.
