We are getting a lot of brown water lately near 696 and Dequindre. Today the problem has lasted for 6 hours and is still ongoing.

They charge $8.00 extra to pay a bill online or via phone. Also, the water is terrible and tastes and smells like a swimming pool.

Yeah they love not sending notices and then saying that they sent notices and shutting you off so that they can charge you extra depositsnnI hope each and every person that goes through this realizes that departments that operate the way this department operates needs to be completely revamped everyone they're fired and whichever persons writing the policy needs to be jailednnHappy holidays to everyone from the water department when they shut you up without notice during the holidays
