Went in for passport services, was expecting a long wait but line moved efficiently. Toni and the other person who helped(didn't get her name) was very helpful. Very smooth process
I have never been treated so rude. TONI literally gave me the hand. She told me we not going there. Going Where? You tried to tell me what was in my package. Then I had to teach you how to do your job. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS OFFICE AGAIN. TONI IS A DISGRACE TO THE MINORITY RACE. GHETTO IN THE POST OFFICE. I did nothing to warrant this attitude I was given.
Came here today, kinda messed up my packaging. The lady working did everything she could to help me out an make it right!! Very thankful.
Most of the workers are kind & professional.nFast service & very informative.
Don't waste your time coming here. Rude customers/ rude staff. Not a good experience. They need customers service training. Did not feel like a valued customer.
