Don't go here if your black, all of the Jewelers including him I tested are always on the same program they make the assumptions that black people are not as educated in this field so in turn they offer them far less for the scrap metals as to where everyone in the region 29$ to $31 approximately for14 karat gold he would only give me 15.
I called around to check the price for gold. This place was close, and the owner seemed reasonable. I sorted and weighed my old, broken jewelery so I had an idea of what I had and how much I'd be paid. Owner used an x-ray based machine to check the karat value on each piece. His scale matched mine. He told me if a piece was 10k, 14k, or 18k (or fake). He dealt honestly with me. I would go here again.
There is a very knowledgeable owner here. He is also very fair. He offered the best price for silver here. He also is very honest.
Everything is great. No kidding. Take your time to study the menu and order.... anything. It's that good.
