Fadi is always amazing. Watched him give a man a policy very quickly today so he could keep an appointment at the sos next door. Shows he cares about his customers. Remembers people year after year. First time with roxie today but she got my policy done quickly and expertly. Unfortunately she is temporary at this location but I wish her the best at the Shelby location
