Went here and they were to be closed for 20 minutes for a delivery. I didn't expect them to stop as they were driving off, But they knew we were there before they pulled off. A simple, thanks for coming, can you return a little later would have been nice. They didn't seem to care we were standing there. Also the return was not in 20 minutes. Passed them by an hour later and no one was there.
Small shop, with 40 - 50 used appliances. The owner let me pick through the surplus gas stovetop grates and even rounded up some strays to try to find something I could use. No luck for me, but it is worth mentioning the owner was working another client, when I heard him ask how sensitive the household was to noise, as the appliance had some bearing wear and would make some noise. No better owner / salesman than an honest one as he obviously valued reputation over the quick sale of a used appliance!
This place was great! I was looking for an electric apartment size stove (which were very hard to locate). They had plenty to choose from and gave me a great price!nnThey had me loaded up and ready to go, but my car wouldn't start. They came out and jumped the car for me (which took considerable time) and they were willing and happy to do it!nnCustomer service like this is hard to find these days! Thank you !
When I came in here me and my dad had great luck dave gave us a great deal and went above and beyond to help us!! He really hooked us up!! If you need a washer and dryer or any appliances I would recommend this place 10/10 times
Had to return a Fridge next day because it died on us exchanged for another only to die 6 months later. Never going back again. I don’t suggest to anyone else either. The guy acted like it wasn’t his problem.
