I am the niece/caregiver/poa of my 90-year uncle for the last four years. He has been a patient of Anchor Bay Physicians for as long as I can remember. But during my time of being a caregiver, I have to say. His doctors, the nurses the staff have been beyond wonderful. I can not put into words how much they have helped me with my uncle, the support, the care, the attention they provide. I could not dream of having a better health care system for my uncle. If they were taking new patients, I would sign up. I can't say enough. Thank you so much for your understanding and support, and assistance with my uncle.

I have been a patient of Dr Marston for several years now and I can’t think of one bad thing to say about her. I have currently been going through some very tough times in my life with physical and mental pain due too life trauma and I have been spending a lot of time out of state. You would think I would just find out of state Doctors to take over. No I can’t Doctor Marston is so caring and understanding that I will do the 5 hour drive just to see her or she will do virtual chats with me. She listens and understands my needs and helps me find the best doctors to help me with additional progress I may be having. She is absolutely amazing and I could go on and on about how great she is all day but I won’t I will just say if your looking for an amazing doctor who is caring, understanding, has an amazing personality, very uplifting and positive, gentle and listens then she is the best doctor I’ve ever had and I recommend her.

Yes I am a patient of Dr Marston, whom I LOVE but the office staff is very difficult to work with. I have been sick and not been able to see my Dr. So in the end she's my Dr only once a year? Than I have had my appointment canceled without notice although I received 3 email to confirm? I just can't do this any more. Dr. Marston if you ever leave this practice I would love to follow you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Marston for years, and I wish I could beg that woman to go to literally any other office. Never in my years of dealing with medical offices in any capacity have I experienced this amount of frustration and unprofessionalism. Id like to make it very clear DR MARSTON IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, if it was not for her I would not come here and I would like to continue to come here exclusively because of her. The nurses/doctor helpers are also perfectly fine. Now, what is not fine about this place is the office staff. I don’t think they’ve ever sent my prescription over to a pharmacy when they said they would EVER. Every time I need a prescription I have to anticipate the fact that I’m going to have to call again to remind them to send the prescription over. This goes for anything I need from them. I’ve had it before where I’ve had to make an appointment a month in advanced because it was so busy (Covid, I get that part of it) and I get to the appointment a month later for them to tell me I never had an appointment and that they wouldn’t even make a physical at that time of day (4pm) and I said well why on earth would the lady on the phone tell me I have an appointment then? That’s not the fault of the patient it’s the fault of the staff. I never go Karen but messing with people’s health isn’t cool. I once had to see Dr. Kline because Dr. Marston was out because I had a UTI (every woman knows when she has a UTI) and I thought it would be easy in and out. He told me there was blood in my urine but it must’ve been because I was taking my birth control wrong (what?) and told me not to diagnose myself with a UTI because he is the doctor and then had me leave with no antibiotics. I came back days later with a UTI still when Dr. Marston was back and she had to put me on two rounds of antibiotics (UTIs can kill you if untreated for long enough) and my bladder was permanently ruined. I was never treated so horribly by a doctor in my life as I was by Dr. Kline and I have seen other reviewers say the same. At the end of the day, I love and trust Dr. Marston and I will continue to see her for as long as possible I would just love to see some positive change in this office. Maybe the staff needs to communicate better with each other? They are friendly but I literally have a problem every time I need a prescription. I do fear backlash because of me leaving this review but I hope I can continue to see my doctor that knows me best with no issues.

I was a patient of Dr. Mianecki's for over 35 years and absolutely loved having him as my doctor. Over the years, for a variety of reasons, I had the opportunity to be treated by nearly every doctor in the practice, so I was well prepared when he retired (though he is greatly missed). I have been very happy with Dr. Marston. There can be longer waits for appointments, but the office also does a great job of squeezing you in at short notice. Finding an office that can do labs and x-rays, as well as having days they are open later as well as being open Saturdays is great.
