This is a great place to take your child! We have been going here for a year now and everyone is very kind. We have seen almost all the doctors to find our favorite for our son. The front desk is very kind and accommodating.

Both of my children have been in the care of Pediatric Clinic for the past 2 years. This is by far the best doctor's office we have ever had experience with! They are quick to get your child in when they are sick, we've always been able to get in on the same day. Telephones are answered promptly, there is no holds. Referrals are also done immediately, if you need one for your insurance. I have nothing but great things to say about the office, doctors and staff!!!!nn(note: This office is not a walk-in clinic or urgent care like another reviewer must have presumed....- so no, they will not see you if you are not a patient, just like any other doctors office....)

Call to get my daughter who is very sick in for an appointment on Saturday morning which is why they are open and because we are not current patients they told me to go to urgent care. And let me just mention that we were patients of theirs for almost 20 years. Thanks guys cause the ER is the best place for a child when they are already sick

I have been bringing my son here for 14 years and really like the doctors, however, today I was treated wrong when trying to explain my insurance change. My work switched insurance and reassured us that if a practice is unsure/or haven't heard of it that they would even pay in full at time of service. Well, when they found out that I have new insurance they said they will not except and canceled my son's appointment. The insurance company then called on my behalf to try to clear things up. They were very rude to them. The insurance company called me back saying that they refused to even discuss the new insurance with them. Well, since several of my colleagues were recommended by me to use pediatric clinic over the years, I have since told them they are no longer welcome in your offices. So, I saved you some time doing that in the future. I am really disappointed!
