I have never written a bad review for this clinic, but I have had enough. I have been calling for about 4 months for some bills from Quest and Wendy, who is in charge, never answers or returns the call. She only called me once at first saying she had taken care of them, but the bills kept coming over and over again. I kept calling her for the past 4 months to date and she never returns my calls. You're lucky if she answers your call. I also left several messages with the girls at the reception and she tells them to let me know that she will call me because she is busy or to call again in 10 minutes but she never answers the phone. This has been going on for so long that now the account is in collection. Something that I was trying to avoid and I specifically told her from day one that I was trying to avoid for that to happen and she assured me many times that this was fixed. But it was never fixed because the letter from the collection agency arrived in the mail last week. I am very upset that I have been a patient at this clinic for over 20 years and never had a problem with anyone there. And I know many people and family members who have the same problem with their Quest bills and have to go through a lot to solve it. To begin with, the account should not have been put into collection because I called her from day one and this happened because Wendy is not doing her job, it should not take that long to solve this problem. I am seriously thinking about finding a different clinic after all this because this is not the first time that I have had this problem with mission bills that are not being taken care of. I have recommended to many people that all members of my family attend this clinic, but I am sure they will want to find another clinic as well after I tell them about my bad experience. This clinic needs a more responsible person in these cases. Someone who can help and resolve these types of cases soon, you need someone who wants to work for the money they pay. I have to end this review by saying that the rest of the clinic staff are very nice, professional and helpful. I never had a problem with anyone other than the manager Wendy. And please if someone is calling me back in regards to this I want someone else Wendy normally won’t call back.

Dr Aaron Cloutier is the best doctor I've had on Medicaid and off ever.

They are ALL very welcoming and kind. It makes it less nerve-wracking to go somewhere where they actually genuinely care about your health and well being. I wish I went sooner.

If you have any intention of getting an appointment, medication refills, or adequate healthcare, GO ELSEWHERE. The staff NEVER returns your phone calls, they enter medical test results into your charts wrong so you have no idea what your actual results are, they refuse to fill medications that I have been approved for and on for years without reasoning even though they have filled the month prior, oh and whatever you do, don't end up in and emergency hospital because when you speak with the staff they will tell you not to bother to come in because all hospitals tell patients to follow up. The doctors are kind and knowledgable, but the staff is HORRIBLE. It's a shame because Dr. Singleton is a very attentive doctor.

Very clean and friendly professional staff. Only my first visit but im glad i found them and they take my insurance. As of right now im satisfied and have no complaints. They did an excellent job with my one filling/broken tooth, didnt feel a single bit of pain (never had a dentist succeed in numbing me before i usually opt to just deal with the pain of getting fillings). Hoping they continue to be able to help with the rest of my dental needs and issues in the future.
